Accrue support
How can we help?
Accrue is a private practice tracker for iPhone and iPad. Most questions can be solved below; if yours cannot, email the developer directly.
Talk to a human
Include your device model, iOS version, and what you expected to happen.
Logging practice
Tap the center Log button, choose a skill, enter minutes and an optional note or metric, then save. You can also run the built-in timer and log when it ends.
To correct a session, open the skill, choose its session history, and select the session you want to edit or delete.
Exporting your data
Open You → Export data to create a CSV or JSON copy. Use the system share sheet to save it to Files, AirDrop it, or send it to another app.
Accrue has no account or remote server, so exporting is the best portable backup in addition to your normal iPhone or iPad backup.
Apple Health
Accrue can read workout duration from Apple Health and apply it to the skill you choose. Access is optional and read-only; Accrue never changes Health data.
Manage permission in the Health app or in iOS Settings. Removing access stops future imports but does not automatically delete sessions you already imported.
Reminders and widgets
Reminder options live under You → Notifications. If reminders do not arrive, confirm that Notifications are allowed for Accrue in iOS Settings.
Add the Accrue widget from the Home Screen or Lock Screen widget gallery. Open Accrue once after installing so the widget can read your journeys.
Moving to a new device
Restore the new device from an iPhone or iPad backup that includes Accrue, or export CSV/JSON before switching. Version 1.0 does not provide account-based or CloudKit sync.
Deleting your data
Delete individual sessions or skills inside the app. Deleting Accrue removes its local data from the device. There is no online account or server copy to delete.
