Agreement

By downloading or using Accrue, you agree to these terms and Apple's applicable App Store terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

What Accrue provides

Accrue provides tools for recording practice sessions, tracking personal metrics, viewing progress, importing eligible workout duration from Apple Health, scheduling local reminders, and exporting your records. Features may change as the app improves.

Your records and backups

Your entries belong to you and are stored locally on your device. Accrue does not operate an account or sync server in version 1.0. You are responsible for maintaining device backups and exporting CSV or JSON copies when needed.

Apple Health

Health access is optional and read-only. Accrue is not a medical device and does not provide medical, fitness, or professional advice. Do not rely on its summaries for diagnosis, treatment, or safety-critical decisions.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Accrue, attempt to interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it except where law expressly permits, or use it in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.

No guarantee of outcomes

Accrue records the information you provide and calculates progress from it. It cannot guarantee that practice will produce a particular result, ranking, level, qualification, or number of hours.

Availability and liability

The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the app.

Changes

These terms may be updated when the app or applicable requirements change. The current version will remain available at this URL with its updated date.
